About shipping

I am located in Germany and I pack and ship all orders by myself. I always try to ship asap and at max within 5 business days. However, since I manage everything myself, there is a chance that in case of sickness or other issues, shipping may take a little bit longer. I will reach out to you if that's the case. I hope you understand!

Smaller items (stickers, artworks) can be sent as letters via Deutsche Post, all other items will be shipped as packages with DHL. There are options without and with tracking for every form of shipment. My shipping prices are based on the current prices listed by Deutsche Post and DHL respectively.

Orders going to countries that aren't part of the European Union have to go through customs and require me to fill out CN22 forms. Because of having to go through customs, these orders may take a little longer to arrive with you. I sadly don't have much control, if any, over the customs process once the order has been shipped. From personal experience, this delay may be around a month or two. Depending on the order and customs office, you might have to pay a fee for the customs process. Please note that I have nothing to do with and am not respronsible for the customs process and any extra costs that may come from it.

I sadly cannot ship to the U.S. and Puerty Rico at this point in time. I'm so sorry about this and I truly hope the tariff situation will be resolved soon.

About the packaging

My packaging is kept simple and I try to use materials that are suitable for recycling. I myself might re-use older packaging materials for my shipping purposes to save resources. It may not be the most aesthetically pleasing but reducing waste is more important to me. Please make sure to correctly dispose of the packaging or re-use it to help keep our planet clean as best as we can. ♥
